We are currently operating an appointment system. Please call 01277 356633 to make an appointment.

Normally we would advise allocating a couple of hours to try on so you can really enjoy the experience. We have extensive stock so trying on often takes longer than you think!

For clients who prefer to come on quieter days, the beginning of the week is generally better. However, we cannot guarantee it will be less busy.

We open from 10am until 5.30pm. We do not normally offer an evening service.
However if clients have an emergency we will try to accommodate.

Friends and family are welcome to come with you. However, we have found its easier all round and less confusing if you limit it to two people. We find it difficult to accommodate a large group during busy periods.

We stock John Charles, Ian Stuart , Manuel Alvarez, Irresistible, Carmen Melero, Rosa Clara, Marfil, Teresa Ripoll, Chiara Boni. D Exterior.

We stock sizes from an 8 to a 22.

Normally, because our collections are made especially for us, once a size is sold we cannot replace it. However there are a couple of designers who will make to order:Teresa Ripoll, Ian Stuart and Carmen Melero.

Our dresses are perfect for Mother of the Bride or Groom but they can be worn for other occasions. Depending on the style and amount of embellishment on your dress, we would say that many of our dresses are suitable for: a special dinner, a cruise , the races etc.

We can definitely alter our dresses to achieve a perfect fit because we know all bodies are unique.

We recommend clients make an appointment for fittings at lease 6 weeks before the wedding or occasion date. Alterations generally take 2 weeks and take place on a Friday by appointment.

Yes, all alterations are chargeable, depending on the amount of alterations needed.

We offer many different combinations of outfit: dress only, dress and jacket, dress and coat, dress and wrap.

We recommend clients begin looking for their oufit as soon as possible. Then they have the choice of all the sizes in all the colours. It is not unusual for clients to buy a year in advance. The golden rule is this – find a dress you love, buy it now! The seasonal deliveries do not change much in terms of styles, weights and colours. Therefore, we advise if a client finds a dress she absolutely loves, get it, as there’s no guarantee she will find something better in the next season. We only have two delivery windows a year as our collections are all bespoke and forward order. Most of our stock for the year arrives in Jan/ Feb with a very small top up in June.

We are a one stop shop! We offer a vast range of hats, fascinators, shoes, bags and jewellery to complement
your outfit.

We do not offer refunds or credit notes for changes of mind. However if our clients feel they have made a mistake, we will exchange an item for something else under these conditions: if the garment is returned within five days in perfect condition, unworn and with all labels in tact.
This does not affect customer statutory rights.

We ship to many destinations around the world. All shipping costs will be added to the final bill.

There is plenty of parking nearby in Ingatestone.

We have disabled access and bathroom and spacious changing areas.
